Luxury vinyl tile (known as LVT) is made up of multiple layers of vinyl that is durable, water resistant and easy to maintain. LVT comes in many different styles from wood looking planks to stone like square tiles.  Although LVT is very durable, it still requires regular maintenance. Often the customer will begin to notice a dull haze or streaks marks on the LVT. This is caused by a buildup of residue from improper cleaning techniques as well as products such as Swiffer’s, Bona and wax/cleaners purchased at the grocery store.  AFC can professionally clean and removed the residue and return the floors to their original state.
